Integra Group contracted to manufacture heavy drilling rigs for Rosneft

MOSCOW, July 31, 2007 – Integra Group (LSE: INTE) announces today that its manufacturing division Uralmash – Burovoye oborudovaniye (Yekaterinburg) has signed à contract with RN-Bureniye (subsidiary of Rosneft) to manufacture four heavy drilling rigs. The rigs are targeted for delivery in 2008.
Integra won the contract through a competitive tender process. According to the terms of the tender Uralmash –Burovoye oborudovaniye has received the right to supply three more drilling rigs in 2009-2010, the terms for this part of the deal are subject to further negotiations and documentation.
Two of the rigs will be delivered to the Vankorskoye field (Krasnoyarsk region) and the other two will be delivered to Western Siberia. Representatives of Integra Group’s manufacturing division visited the Vankorskoye field at the end of July to analyze working conditions for the equipment already supplied under a prior contract which was signed in 2006. Initial discussions regarding future cooperation with Rosneft were also held at such meeting. Commenting on the deal Vitaly Tkachev, Integra Group’s Executive Vice President for Equipment Manufacturing and President of Uralmash-VNIIBT commented:

This contract, along with the one previously signed with Gazprom several months ago, demonstrates that equipment under the Uralmash-Burovoye oborudovaniye brand is in growing demand. We continue to make significant efforts to meet the requirements of our customers including in particular: monitoring of the equipment’s condition, providing after-sale service, continuously improving design as well as quality of individual units and materials.”
Notes to editors:Vankorskoye FieldVankorskoye oil and gas field, discovered in 1988, is located in Eastern Siberia, in Turukhanskyi and Dudinskyi areas of the Krasnoyarsk region. Rosneft received the license to develop the field in 2003 and currently holds it through its fully owned subsidiaries Taymyrneft and Vankorneft. To date, eight exploration wells have been drilled at the Vankor field.
