Integra Group appoints J. Robert Maguire as Non-executive Director

Integra Group announces today that J. Robert Maguire has been elected to the Board of the Company as a Non-executive Director. Mr. Maguire, 51, has been an investment banker for the past twenty years and is currently a senior advisor to Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Maguire has been also appointed to the Company’s Audit Committee. Integra’s Board of Directors will increase to six members of which five will be non-executive.
John Fitzgibbons, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said: “I am delighted to welcome Bob Maguire as a new Board Member of Integra. He brings a wealth of both financial markets and industry experience which should make a significant contribution to our Board. We have assembled an industry leading team of senior figures from various industries to help drive the business forward and deliver on our strategy as set out at the IPO.” Following his appointment, Bob Maguire said: “I am pleased and excited to have the opportunity to take on this new role. Integra is a young, growing company with very exciting future prospects. I look forward to working with Integra’s respected Board in guiding the company through the biggest industry challenges and opportunities.”
Until April of 2007, Mr. Maguire was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and was co-head of the Firm’s  Global Oil and Gas Group. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1986 and spent his entire career with the Firm based in London.  Prior to joining Morgan Stanley he practiced law with the firm of White & Case in both New York and London.
J. Robert Maguire graduated from Princeton University in 1977 with an AB in Classics. He received an MA in Literae Humaniores from Oxford University in 1980 and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1983
