Integra at "Oil and Gas – 2008" in Kiev


On November 4-6 Kiev hosted the International Oil & Gas-2008 Exhibition. In spite of the limited exposition area the representatives of 350 companies visited the Exhibition to discuss current situation in the industry, to maintain and develop existing long-term partnership and find new business partners. It was the fifth exhibition within CIS in 2008 where Integra Group was an active participant.

The Integra corporate booth displayed information about Smith Ukraine with 10 years’ experience of successful operations in Ukraine in the sphere of technology oilfield services, integrated project management services and equipment supplies. VNIIBT – Burovoy instrument, Uralmash – burovoye oborudovaniye (UrBO), Stromneftemash, and Integra Trade House were also represented at the display booth.

Integra arranged several seminars for technicians, partners and customers, in particular, on UrBO drilling rigs and their modernization. The seminars attracted attention of the specialists from oil and gas majors of Ukraine such as  Naftogaz of Ukraine, Ukrgazvidobuvannya Production Company, Ukrnafta and other majors. At the meeting with specialists of Ukrburgaz Drilling Company Mr. M. Pavlyushko, UrBO Chief Project Designer, made a special presentation and answered questions concerning technical matters.
The exhibition was visited by Ukrainian government members and officers of a number of ministries, in particular, by Mr. Alexei Nesterenko, Director of Oil, Gas and Refining Department of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine who reviewed Integra display booth and attended the seminar on the drilling rigs arranged by the company.

“We know Integra group as a powerful oilfield services provider. I was pleased to visit its exhibition booth and seminars. I found the report on drilling equipment modernization especially interesting, as this activity, in my opinion, has great potential in Ukraine,” he said.
