Dividend Policy

As a holding company, the level of our income and our ability to pay dividends depend primarily upon the receipt of dividends and distributions from our subsidiaries. The payment of dividends by our subsidiaries is contingent upon the sufficiency of their earnings, cash flows and distributable reserves as well as legal restriction and controls in place for paying dividends to the holding company.

We do not expect to pay dividends in the near term and plan to reinvest any profit back into our business. We are constantly reviewing various non-organic growth opportunities as well as requirements for our current assetsí upgrade. Should these opportunities/requirements be exhausted we would reconsider this dividend policy.

To the extent that we declare and pay dividends, owners of GDRs on the relevant record date will be entitled to receive dividends payable in respect of Shares underlying the GDRs.
