Well cementing unit KCS-40
The complex is used in oil and gas industry for construction and workover of various wells, cement slurry mixing and pumping various non-aggressive fluids used for cementing, hydro and sand jet perforation, washing sand plugs and performing other circulation and squeeze jobs.

Upgraded manifold unit

Mobile cement surge unit
The unit is designed for homogenization of cement slurry and other sand-liquid mixes. Homogeneity is achieved through constant rotation of stirrers inside the tank and slurry recirculation driven by rotary pumper.

The unit is designed to inject a mixture of acids used for hydrochloride acid treatment of oil well bottom-hole zones.

SKUPC-K control station
The station is designed for on-line cementing process control to prevent fracturing and low level of cement slurry in the annulus, hydraulic impacts at the seat of top cementing plug on cementing collar and monitoring slurry preparation while using a slurry surge tank.
