Recently established Integra Research & Development (Austin, Texas, USA) is positioned as an engineering center for Machine Building Division and managing subdivision for all Engineering stream.
Engineering and design documentation represent the key competence of Business Unit «URBO» and the fundamental component of Business Unit «Stromneftemash» organic growth. Hence, quality and optimality of engineering business processes significantly influence business results.
Action planned:
- Introduce centralized data management system with a commercially available PLM solution that allows to build stronger ties between business partners;
- Create a new engineering unit to single source new product development and protect intellectual property;
- Add a new group of American developers to apply the best practices and development experience available in Texas.
