Machining
LLC Stromneftemash performs machining of large parts and metalware weighing up to 100t by means of horizontal NC milling and boring machine “PAMA Speedram 4000” (made in Italy). This unit is designed for highly accurate (IT6 and above) machining of large and heavy parts, including:
- Milling of flat surfaces, ledges, slots.
- Profile milling.
- Drilling of holes with max diam. Ø140 mm.
- Core drilling, reaming.
- Boring of holes with max. diam. Ø1250 mm.
- Thread cutting and milling.
- Control of sizes and parameters of the machined parts by means of Renishaw measuring head.
