Drilling equipment

Stationary drilling rigs

Stationary drilling rigs are designated to drill wells up to 8,000 m deep; lifting capacity - up to 600 tons. These units have a fixed base and require use of heavy-duty vehicles for their transportation in large modules or standard trucks and flatcars for transportation in small modules.

Pad drilling rigs

Pad drilling rigs are used for cluster drilling of oil and gas wells, with the drilling depth of 3200 up to 6500 m. The rigs have modern electric drive providing slide control over parameters of main working parts. Such rigs have a travelling gear block that allows to move the rig from one well to another one within the same cluster. Their design has been specially developed to fit the drilling programs that most of our customers operating in Western Siberia have.

Mobile drilling rigs

Mobile drilling rigs are designated to drill wells up to 3,200 m deep; lifting capacity ranges from 160 to 200 tons. Mobile rigs are trailer based, and the auxiliary equipment, including solid phase control, injection pumps, mud pumps, mud tanks and electrical power supply sources is in special boxes. Mobile rigs can quickly and easily move from one drilling site to another and are used to perform well workover and servicing, as well as for drilling out cement and sand plugs and sidetracking.
