Our Business
We are a leading FSU-based independent provider of onshore oilfield services and are also a leading Russian manufacturer of cementing equipment and certain specialized equipment used in exploration, development and production of oil and gas. We offer a diversified range of products and services to local and international oil and gas and other OFS companies, primarily in Russia and other CIS countries.
Our business is currently divided into two main business lines:

Oilfield Services which is further divided into three primary segments:
- Drilling, Workover and Integrated Project Management (IPM)
- Technology Services
- Geophysics; and

Equipment Manufacturing
We operate at each stage of the upstream oil and gas business – exploration, development and production. Within the Drilling, Workover and IPM segment we provide a variety of services, including drilling of vertical, deviated and horizontal exploration and development wells, workover services and a complete range of project management services.
The Technology Services segment provides a broad range of drilling and workover related services including directional drilling, measurement while drilling, logging while drilling, cementing, coil tubing and sidetrack service. Through the technology services segment we also manufacture, sell and lease drilling and other types of oilfield tools with a main focus on downhole mud pumps and downhole turbines for the drilling process.
Our Formation Evaluation Services segment provides latest technology seismic services. We offer a broad range of 2D and 3D seismic services and are also a leading company with regard to seismic data interpretation, processing and reprocessing. We have oilfield services operations in all major onshore oil and gas producing regions in the Russian Federation and in several other FSU countries.
The Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing segment designs, manufactures and supplies cementing equipment. We are the first company in Russia to release the latest technology cementing pumping equipment, comparable to those produced by our strongest international competitors. Our equipment manufacturing business line is supported by R&D engineering facility in Austin, Texas.
Our client base comprises major Russian and international oil and gas companies including, amongst others, Rosneft, Gazprom, Gazpromneft, Surgutneftegas, TNK-BP, Lukoil, Novatek, Shell and ENI, as well as many small and medium sized independent oil and gas companies operating in Russia and other CIS countries.
